I am so thankful that God has chosen to bless me with two wonderful parents. They would do anything for me and I appreciate every sacrifice they’ve made. My Dad has pushed me when he needed to, listened when I needed it, and always supported my decisions. He has always let me be myself and I am marrying a man that cherishes me like Dad does. My Mom has taught me what it means to love unconditionally. She has stuck by my side through my entire life and always put her family before herself. I hope one day to love my children the way that she has loved me. Both of my parents are the reason why I would choose such an amazing man to marry. They’ve shown me what it means to be loved well.

How can I describe the impact that she has made on my life in just a few sentences? She is the one who has prepared me for this step in my life. All the love, all the sacrifice, and all the teaching have made me into the man I am today. I owe so much to this woman and am so thankful God chose to make her my mother. Mom, you've taught me and raised me up for this moment in my life. My marriage to Hillary is evidence of your faithfulness as a parent and success as a mother. Even though I will soon cleave to Hillary, you will always be Mom. May my new life with Hillary bring you much joy as a parent and grandparent! Thank you for everything! I love you!

We met when we were 11 years old. Somewhere between cheerleading on the same football field, sweating on the same tennis courts, laughing till someone peed their pants, dancing to our favorite songs and countless sleepovers, we became best friends. Life with this girl has been pure joy and has only helped my walk with the Lord in so many ways.

On my first day, in a big new high school, I met this genius in the hardest class of my life: Chemistry. She held my hand through the hardest move of my life, during high school, and made Summerville a home for me. She’s pushed me to try new things and her adventurous spirit as always kept my life interesting!
We became best friends back in the 5th grade. Since then life has changed a lot. We've played various sports, traveled to different places, graduated high school, and gone to different colleges, yet our friendship has remained constant. Josh has always been a loyal and dependable friend. I'm thankful to have him as my friend and proud to call him my best man.

As the oldest in the family he had the duty to look out for the rest of us. Anytime we had a backyard wiffleball game he and I were always teammates. He's always had my back to defend me, but he's also always shot me straight when I needed direction. He demonstrated Christ to me and set the example for me to follow.

We met when we were 9 years old and both new to Abbeville, SC. We’ve been together through it all. She stuck with me through our stay in Abbeville and we slowly followed each other to Charleston, and now we both live in the Upstate. I miss our summers spent running around town, riding bikes, getting ice cream and playing in the creek. We had to grow up but I hope life always brings us back together somehow!

Her fun, always kind spirit has helped me all throughout my college experience. Liz and I met our freshman year at Anderson University and shes always been a breath of fresh air for me. Her sillyness, thoughtfullness, honesty and passion for God are inspiring to those around her. We have known each other for four years and after much of her hard work and patience, I still cant sing harmony!

She gave me the first hug in New Jersey when I nervously flew up to meet The Family. After I read the house rules and learned that the 5 A.M. yodeling song was a joke and not actually going to happen, I realized I'd fit in just fine with this new, big family. Since, we have become “the-sister-neither-of-us-had”. So happy to call this wonderful woman family!

Since, Freshman year at Anderson University, this girl has grown to be a staple of my college experience. Whether I am near or close by, this girl has been a great friend to me. Her love for the Lord and His people has touched my heart in many ways. Upon her request and much discussion, we will legally adopt her after we get married. We are already known as Mom and Dad, so all she needs is her own room and a car shaped bed to sleep in. We love you HB!

Well it was this little sweetheart that first made me an uncle! She is smart and beautiful, which is why Daddy (Brent) will need to buy a gun someday to convince the boys to show her the utmost respect. She is full of adventure and giggles and she keeps me on my toes at all times as an uncle. I love her so much and am thrilled that she will be our Flower Girl!

Though he never really shared his feelings on...well anything, I know that he has always cared for me as his little brother. We have always shared the same taste in chicken nuggets with excessive amounts of hot sauce and much more! He has made huge impressions on my life as I've seen his faith in Christ and love for the needy.

He and I grew up sharing most of our stuff, competing with each other, and making a formidable pair in just about every sport. We've gone through a lot together; tough times and happy times. I can't imagine life without him and am so thankful to have him as my brother.

So thankful that my sister married this goof. It didn't take long for him to become my brother. He and I share the same mind on much, as well as the same humor. Though this guy has the brawn of a military man, he's also got the tenderness of a bunny-loving family man (you had to be there). I can always count on him to look out for me and give me clear and wise counsel.

Meeting him put more pressure on me than meeting the parents. After learning of his disapproval of the last guy, I knew gaining his respect was important to my future bride. He is a pretty chill guy, which is great because I am too. I'm thankful to be gaining another solid guy as a brother.

Though just a little guy, he's full of smiles and love. He is my little buddy. Having him as a nephew is a joy for me as I watch him grow up and learn many new things. Whether I'm watching him play with his toys, run around in the sprinkler, or just watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse with him, I have the greatest time. I love him so much and am excited to see him carrying our wedding rings down the isle!
